Communications Consultant | Strategy, Inclusive Storytelling & Multimedia Content

Sarah Page is an experienced Communications Manager/Consultant with almost a decade of communications strategy experience within the non-profit sector including SPARK, Amnesty International Israel and Human Rights Watch UK. With a BSc Hons in Psychology and a background in filmmaking and journalism, Sarah is an expert generalist with highly tuned skills in writing, digital marketing, campaigning, PR and events.

For seven years, Sarah has built and led the communications department at SPARK, an international NGO focused on economic development and employment for youth, women and refugees in fragile and conflict-affected regions. Sarah has significant experience producing stories across 16 countries in Europe, the Middle East, North and Sub-Saharan Africa. Under her leadership, SPARK has been nominated for the High Flyer Award 2021 by the Expertise Centre for Humanitarian Communication and received the 2020 Honors from Awwward Academy for the organisation’s new website.

Sarah is passionate about decolonising and shifting the power balance within NGO storytelling. She has spoken in numerous public forums about this topic, including at the Partos Innovation Festival, and provides regular training in this topic for NGO/charity communications teams.
